This page describes GamerPixel's current implementation. It is not a claim of certification or universal legal compliance.

Data controller

GamerPixel is based in Québec, Canada. For privacy and data-related requests concerning the Site, contact info@gamerpixel.com. Public contact is provided by email only.

Data we collect

The current public implementation is intentionally limited:

  • Consent preferences: the browser-local rp-consent value records your Analytics choice, and rp-marketing-consent records your Marketing choice.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 is used for site usage, performance, and measurement only after you grant Analytics consent. Google Tag Manager acts as the consent-gated container for optional services.
  • Marketing measurement: Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are configured through Google Tag Manager for optional marketing measurement. They load only after you grant Marketing consent. These services may support advertising measurement, audience building, and remarketing where applicable.
  • Advertising and affiliate tracking: Google Ads, Google AdSense, and affiliate tracking are not active in the current implementation.
  • Newsletter: signup is inactive; the page does not submit email addresses anywhere.
  • Direct contact: if you email the published contact address, your message and contact details are handled through that communication channel.

Purposes of processing

  • Remembering your consent preference locally in the browser;
  • Measuring site usage and performance through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 after you grant analytics consent;
  • Measuring optional marketing activity through Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel after you grant Marketing consent, including advertising measurement and audience building where applicable;
  • Responding to messages you send to the published contact address;
  • Operating the site through its hosting and infrastructure providers.

Legal bases

Optional Analytics and Marketing processing are subject to the consent flow described in the Cookie Policy. Google Ads and Google AdSense are not active. Applicable privacy obligations depend on the circumstances and relevant law.

Third parties and recipients

Google provides the Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 services used for consented analytics. Meta and TikTok provide the consent-gated marketing pixels used after Marketing consent. Google Ads, Google AdSense, affiliate, and newsletter providers are not active in the current implementation. GamerPixel uses Cloudflare infrastructure and hosting services. This page does not make claims about specific data centres, physical hosting locations, or data residency.

International data transfers

International transfer information, if relevant, depends on the services enabled and their applicable terms. No specific data-residency claim is made here.

Data retention

The local Analytics and Marketing consent preferences remain until you change them or clear site storage. Retention for Cloudflare service data, any activated third-party service data, and email correspondence depends on the relevant service and the operator's handling of the request.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest and direct marketing;
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To make a privacy or data-related request, email info@gamerpixel.com and describe your request. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law; this page does not promise a specific response time.
